Resonate ("we", "us") turns an interview or audio recording into short videos. This policy explains what data we process and who processes it on our behalf.

Data we process

• Account data — your email address and authentication details.
• Source media — the interview audio/recordings you upload.
• Generated media — the video and audio assets we produce from your input.

Sub-processors

We share the minimum data necessary with the following sub-processors. Each acts only on our instructions and only for the purpose listed.

Your rights under the GDPR

• Right to erasure — GDPR Article 17. You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your account record and cascades to the jobs, media, and derived assets associated with it. This is the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to data portability — GDPR Article 20. A self-service data export is deferred to v2. Until then you can request an export by contacting us.

Retention

We keep generated assets only as long as your account exists. When you exercise your Article 17 right to erasure, associated data is deleted.
