Shipping:
Shipping of all items will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for delivery. This means that your items are trackable and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number upon completion of your order.
Shipping costs £5.95 due to the nature of our limited and high-end products. We want to ensure our items are delivered to you as safely as possible, therefore using a pricier shipping format enables the consumer (and us) piece of mind when sending your orders.

Should you find that you are not entirely happy with your item, please send us an e-mail and we can advise you further from there. We sincerely hope that you do not require a refund, since so much love and care has been injected into each and every item. We are a very small and independent business, selling short runs of limited stock, so we try to avoid the chances of our customers wanting to return their items by providing 100% satisfaction from the get go. However, unfortunately, sometimes these things don’t always go to plan.
We accept returns of items that are unused with original tags and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving the parcel. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
We do not accept exchanges, due to the limited amount of stock that we sell.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (printed out or digitally) and a note within your package with order number, stating whether that you would like a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time, therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Due to the nature of the product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. ToldBy.studio is not able to refund you if the item does not arrive, and there is no means of tracking the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again before contacting ToldBy.studio. Next, contact your credit or debit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially completed. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.
